The role sits within our Infrastructure and Natural Resources Business Unit and supports clients across many industries by delivering effective, responsive, and safe solutions. This full-time position requires approximately 40-45 hours per week and involves a blend of project management, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this opportunity is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing project solutions and addressing infrastructure needs and improvements for water authorities, municipalities, and private clients.
• Mentoring project team members.
• Managing projects, coordinating with clients, preparing proposals and fee estimates.
• Performing and reviewing design calculations.
• Oversee figure preparation.
• Preparing plan sets.
• Design modeling.
• Developing construction cost estimates.
• Preparing permit applications.
• Supporting business development opportunities for a variety of infrastructure-related projects.

Qualifications:

• 12-25+ years of relevant engineering design experience, such as designing civil infrastructure and water and/or wastewater systems, stormwater drainage, rural and urban roads, water resources, and site development projects.
• Alicensed professional engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas or can obtain licensure within 6 months.

• Ability to travel to client locations and other Trihydro offices nationwide.
• Interest in maintaining existing client relationships, as well as developing new client relationships.

The salary information shown below is a general guideline ONLY. Salaries are based on candidates' experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $115,000 – $160,000

This position will remain open until a qualified candidate has been selected.
