Job DescriptionThe Senior Right of Way Agent will join the Surveying & Right of Way Regional Support Team in New Braunfels, TX.
Key responsibilities include:
This role operates independently and in collaboration with company Subject Matter Experts and legal counsel.
QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related technical field (land surveying, civil engineering, right of way).
- At least 3 years of experience in land-related activities, with knowledge of land transactions, legal documents, surveying, and GIS.
Preferred:
- Real Estate License and/or IRWA RWP certification.
- Understanding of legislative and regulatory compliance related to real property.
