Job SummaryThe Homemaker/Companion is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs.
Responsibilities- Light housekeeping
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care‑plan
- Documentation
- Shifts needed are 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday or 3 days a week
- Ability to travel around location territory
