Job Description

We seek a Pre-Litigation Attorney with 1-3 years of pre-litigation experience to join our growing firm in Corpus Christi, TX. A qualified associate must possess the ability to provide legal representation to advocate for our clients while delivering outstanding client service skills.

Qualifications: The candidate must be licensed to practice in Texas
, have graduated from an accredited law school, and be a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas. The ideal candidate must communicate effectively and possess excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills. The candidate must be self-motivated with strong negotiating skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing their docket of personal injury cases
• Filing lawsuits
• Draft and answer discovery
• Prepare clients for depositions, mediations, motion hearings, and trials.
• Evaluating claims by working with claims representatives
• Working in a team environment with paralegals and legal secretaries to propound written discovery requests and responses, order and summarize records, coordinate depositions, obtain experts and prepare for depositions and trials.

Compensation: Highly Competitive Compensation Package, with a base pay range of $50,000.00/yr - $/yr and additional bonus structure, including 401(k), Health Insurance, Life insurance, and Vision Insurance.

Employment: Full-time, with an 8-hour shift.
