Job Title:
Project Manager

New Braunfels, Texas and San Antonio Metroplex
The Electrical Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of electrical projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, project management, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring all phases from design through to installation are completed efficiently and safely
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and scope of work, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed
- Ensure adherence to local codes, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols
- Conduct risk assessments and resolve any project‑related issues in a timely manner
- Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status, milestones, and any potential delays
- Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and professional development
- Coordinate and work closely with the Pre‑Construction/Pre‑Fabrication department on all projects
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, design, and installation processes
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and codes
- Office and field‑based work environment
- May require occasional evening or weekend work depending on project needs
- Must be able to visit construction sites and comply with all safety requirements
- Preferred
Skills:- Experience with small and large‑scale electrical projects.
- Knowledge of the electrical codes (e.g., NFPA 70, NFPA 70E)
