The Faust Hotel is coming back with purpose—historic bones, boutique standards, and a guest experience that feels intentional from the moment someone walks through the door. We’re looking for an Operations Manager who can run the day-to-day like an owner: hands‑on, high standards, calm under pressure, and obsessed (in a good way) with service, cleanliness, and detail. This is a hybrid role by design:
Front Office Manager + Housekeeping Manager + Maintenance Manager, with strong support and partnership from the GM. If you’re the kind of leader who can walk a room, spot what’s off, fix what’s broken, coach the team, and still greet a guest like they’re the only one in the building—this one’s for you.
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 yearly
