The Senior Commercial Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and tenant relations for a portfolio of commercial properties. This role ensures properties are maintained to the highest standards, leases are managed effectively, and operational goals align with company and client objectives. The position requires strong leadership, self‑motivation, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of commercial real‑estate management.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee multiple commercial properties consisting of retail, office, industrial, and medical office asset classes, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize asset value.
- Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, capital expenditure plans, and monthly financial reports.
- Monitor rent collections, expense control, and financial performance metrics.
- Process AP and AR items timely and accurately.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate lease renewals and assist with new lease agreements in collaboration with leasing teams. తెలియ
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to ensure safety and quality standards.
- Supervise and mentor property management staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including brokerage and marketing.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements, insurance coverage, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial property management.
- Strong knowledge of lease administration, budgeting, tenant reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
