AUMOVIO is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead to guide a production group on the night shift (9:30pm–8:00am) on a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule. You will lead start-up meetings, ensure 5S+1, quality, safety, and productivity through standard work and Kaizen initiatives.
Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, at least 6 months in production, strong problem solving and communication skills, and legal work authorization in the U.S.
