SAK is seeking passionate and dedicated BC/BE Nephrologists to join their team! As part of a nationwide, physician‑led organization, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional, evidence‑based kidney care while enjoying the autonomy to shape your career. Fellows are encouraged to apply.

• $260,000 - $275,000 base salary range
• $25,000 annual productivity bonus potential
• $25,000 sign on bonus
• $10,000 moving/office expense stipend
• PTO: 25 days year 1; increasing to 40 days maximum

• Equal call schedule, every 4 weeks (+/- given pod size)
• Each pod covers 2-3 hospitals and 4-5 dialysis centers
