Job Overview:
The Landscaping Technician will be responsible for transforming and maintaining outdoor spaces, ensuring a high level of aesthetic appeal and functionality. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and a passion for horticulture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

- Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and fertilizing to ensure optimal health of plants and landscape features.

- Monitor the health of plants and landscape features, identifying and addressing issues such as pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies.

- Maintain clean and organized work spaces, ensuring all equipment is properly cared for and stored.

Qualifications:

- Ability to operate landscaping machinery and power tools safely.
- Strong physical endurance and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Working Conditions:

- This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- The role may involve lifting heavy materials and using manual labor.
