• Provide high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties in a safe, timely, and professional manner
• Apply lawn treatments using hand and powered equipment
• Perform soil analysis and address weeds, insects, and lawn diseases
• Educate customers on proper lawn care and recommend solutions tailored to their property
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services that benefit the customer and grow our business
• Communicate clearly and professionally while resolving questions or concerns on-site

• $18.50–$19 per hour, based on experience
• Hourly, non‑exempt position
• Year‑round work, including winter season opportunities

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test (THC excluded)
• Must be at least 21 years old (company vehicle requirement)
