We’re looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Shop Coordinator to help keep our shop running smoothly and ensure both clients and barbers have what they need to shine. The Shop Coordinator is the heartbeat of the barbershop — managing appointments, maintaining shop flow, supporting the barbers, and creating an inviting atmosphere for clients. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong attention to detail.
Key ResponsibilitiesOpening and closing the business
Greet and check in clients with professionalism and warmth
Manage bookings, walk‑ins, and cancellations using our scheduling system
Maintain shop cleanliness and organization throughout the day
Handle phone calls and messages
Process payments and manage the cash register
Support barbers with supplies, inventory tracking, and daily setup/cleanup
Ensure the shop’s atmosphere stays upbeat, clean, and welcoming
Assist with promotions, product sales, and customer retention efforts
