Field Sales Representative

Job Overview:

As a Field Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our company's products or services by actively engaging with clients and customers in various locations. You will be required to travel extensively, attend meetings, and build relationships to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Initiate and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.

Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.

Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Provide feedback to the sales team regarding customer needs and preferences.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in field sales or a related role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Familiarity with the products or services offered by the company.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Additional Requirements:

A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Positive attitude, resilience, and a self-motivated mindset.
