This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Associate located in New Braunfels, TX. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, providing recommendations, and assisting them in selecting appropriate financial protection benefits. Additional responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, participating in team training sessions, and meeting sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the team.

• Previous experience in the insurance industry or a similar sales role is a valuable asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable working in an on‑site workplace in New Braunfels, TX.
