Front Desk Sales Associate​/Wellness Coordinator

Pay: $15hr + Performance Bonuses

We're looking for a dependable, friendly, sales-focused team member to welcome patients, explain memberships and packages, and manage daily front desk operations.

• Welcome patients and manage check-ins, phone calls, and payments.

• Explain membership and package options and confidently help patients enroll.

• Work toward clinic sales and patient conversion goals.

• Complete patient agreements, account notes, and daily reports accurately.

• Keep the clinic clean, organized, and stocked.

• Work independently while coordinating with the doctor to keep patient flow running smoothly.

• Customer service experience; sales experience preferred.

• Confidence discussing pricing and asking for the sale.

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail.

• Comfort using computers and learning new systems.

• Ability to manage front desk responsibilities without constant supervision.

• Consistent availability to work every Sunday.
