I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a teacher and coach, including serving as a head baseball coach and coaching football. I'm a proud Texas Tech University graduate and former collegiate baseball player. I'm also married with two sons, and outside of work, I love spending time with my family and golfing.

Giving back to our local community is incredibly important to me, especially when it comes to supporting our schools. I'm actively involved in the local school system and Panther Posse, helping raise significant funds to support local students, schools, and programs.

As Account Manager for Mark Elder - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
