Six Flags Fiesta Texas is looking for a Security Dispatcher (Public Safety) in New Braunfels, TX. • Dispatch emergency and non‑emergency calls.
• Log downtime and record department activity.
• Compute park attendance information.
• Answer park phone lines and manage multiple lines simultaneously.
• Issue keys, radios, and badges.
• Monitor and dispatch using all park radio channels.
• Dispatch personnel to various calls as needed.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally.
• Ensure Guest First Standards are followed and enforced.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Follow proper operating procedures.
• Manage all park radio channels.
• Maintain a professional environment by enforcing strict radio policies.
• Log ride downtime and security activity into appropriate databases.
• Complete hourly attendance tracking.
• Dispatch emergency situations calmly and professionally.
• Ensure Guest First Standards are followed and enforced.
• Other duties as assigned.
