Avenues at Creekside, managed by Adara Communities for 2 years, is a Class A property with 395 units, located off I-35, featuring townhomes, mid-rise apartments, elevators, and attached garages.

• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and pool maintenance.
• Assist with completing service requests, apartment make-readies, and upgrades.
• Support various projects as assigned by the Lead Maintenance Technician.
• Be available on a scheduled on-call basis and have reliable transportation.

• Required:
  
  Maintenance experience in the apartment industry.
• Required:
  
  HVAC License.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, and general maintenance.
• Must provide own tools.

• Primarily outdoor work; includes standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds solo or 100 pounds with assistance.
• Compliance with uniform policy required.
