• Assist the Foreman with daily tasks to complete jobs on time and within budget.
• Measure, cut, bend, set, screw down, tighten, and connect materials and components throughout the installation process.
• Utilize tools such as tape measure, impact drill, aviation snips, ropes, safety anchors, lanyards, rivet drivers, hand seamers, mechanical seamers, and other basic construction tools.
• Lay metal panels across red‑iron framing by connecting clips.
• Measure, cut, set, and anchor framing at required heights and distances, ensuring structural integrity per engineering design and blueprints (CAD drawings).
• Maintains safe work practices and an efficient work pace.
• Keep the work area and job site clean, preventing injuries and safety incidents.
• Dressed and conduct oneself professionally at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the Foreman, Site Superintendent, and colleagues.

• Capable of lifting 40–60 lbs unassisted.
• Endure prolonged exposure to temperatures above 110 degrees.
• Stand, bend, kneel, and maintain unnatural positions for extended periods.
• Wear full protective gear, including hard hat, safety glasses (ANSI Z‑87), steel‑toe boots, cut‑resistant hand protection, full‑body harness, face shield, and hearing protection as needed.
• Learn quickly, work well as part of a team, and be dependable each day.
• Climb and descend ladders, scaffolding, and other platforms.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug test and random tests during employment.
• Pass a background check.
• Be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
• Travel up to 2 weeks at a time.
