Account Manager

We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Pro Performance Logistics. This full-time, in-office position is based in New Braunfels, TX, and offers a starting salary of $35,000+, commensurate with experience. As part of our logistics team, the Account Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations.

• Provide comprehensive support to our logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of logistics operations, including freight, transportation, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve operational issues, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.
• Monitor and report on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance service quality.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, offering support and assistance with logistics-related inquiries and concerns.

• Previous experience in logistics or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with team members and external partners.
