Simpson Race Products, part of Holley Performance Brands, is looking for a dependable, safety-minded Warehouse Associate to join our Safety & Racing team in New Braunfels.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience in warehousing, distribution, inventory, picking, packing, or order fulfillment—especially in a high-volume operation such as Amazon, Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, Walmart, or a similar facility—are encouraged to apply.

You’ll play an important role in getting products to our customers by picking orders accurately, packing products securely, and keeping inventory organized. If you take pride in working safely, meeting goals, and being part of a reliable team, we’d like to meet you.

• Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and product condition against order information.
• Use handheld scanners and inventory-management systems to record warehouse activities.
• Assist with unloading, sorting, and putting away incoming products.
• Replenish picking locations and maintain organized inventory storage areas.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment safely after required training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily fulfillment and customer-service goals.
• Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in warehousing, fulfillment, distribution, inventory, or shipping is preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume fulfillment environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with handheld scanners, computers, or inventory systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to count and verify products accurately.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new equipment, systems, and processes.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus but is not required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Overtime Opportunities: Your shift may be extended or reduced based on customer demand, including on Saturdays. Any schedule changes will be communicated during your shift.
• Climate-Controlled Facility: Temperatures are generally maintained between 60°F and 90°F in most work areas.
• Relaxed Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for warehouse work. Closed-toe shoes are required.
• This position involves working in an active, fast-paced shipping and warehouse environment.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds using safe material-handling practices.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to safely use equipment required for the position after appropriate training.
• Ability to work in areas where temperatures may vary.
