** We are looking for an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to join our New Brighton, MN team!

As our EHS Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring site compliance for our EHS programs.

** Salary:** $65,000-$80,000

*** Administration of our EHS program
* Working with regulatory bodies (EPA, Hazardous Waste Programs)
* Creating and distributing work instructions to front line staff
* Reporting on matters concerning accidents involving property damage, serious injuries and the findings pertaining to equipment accidents, incidents and near misses.
* Thorough knowledge of fundamentals of safety education, industrial hygiene, accident prevention and safety psychology.
** What You Bring
*** Bachelors or Associates specializing in Environmental Health and Safety, or the equivalent experience
* 2-5 years of EHS experience
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Excelled computer skills – MS office and ability to quickly learn our internal programs
