Royal Crown Homes LLC in Bloomington, MN is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join their team in New Brighton/ Arden Hills area. JOB: PART TIME/ ONCALL / FLOAT POOL - 4 homes
SHIFT: PM during the week (2-10) and weekend availability AM/PM
Responsibilities:- Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with developmental or physical disabilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately
- Administer medications and follow health care protocols as directed
- Facilitate community integration activities, appointments, and social outings
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment for all residents
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
