Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 / year

Mytech is seeking a Tier II System Administrator to support our second-shift operations. In this role, you will be the primary technical presence on-site after regular business hours and will own the monitoring, maintenance, and stabilization of our managed client environments. You’ll collaborate with our Shared Technical Services team during a daily overlap window, then transition into largely independent work for the remainder of your shift.

This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys autonomy, communicates proactively, and takes pride in maintaining system health and uptime with a high degree of accountability.

• Deploy, administer, and improve monitoring platforms for systems and networks
• Construct, administer, and maintain our management systems based on SME areas
• Deploy, administer, and integrate security services platforms
• Source, build, and maintain automation scripts and tools for the organization
• Proactively remediate system or network health alerts and event notifications
• Document system provisioning and configuration standards
• Respond to system alerts and to service requests from other departments
