Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager located in New Brighton, MN
. The position is Monday‑Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and offers a salary range of $100,000 – $120,000 per year.
- Lead with vision, strategically manage the warehouse, and develop a cross‑functional team
- Achieve productivity targets and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize operations
- Oversee receiving and warehousing operations, set up the layout, ensure efficient space utilization, control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data, and manage stock control
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Safety to initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Participate in annual budget planning and management
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in warehouse operations, including 4+ years as a Warehouse Manager
- Experience in high‑velocity distribution centers and wholesale distribution
- Experience evaluating warehousing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Skills in safety management, surveillance, and inventory control
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean concepts
