The Medical Device Manufacturing Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, and packaging medical devices in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The role supports production goals while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills- 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in medical devices or regulated industries
- Basic understanding of GMP, quality systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and technical drawings
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks and handle small components
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (as applicable)
- Willingness to work in cleanroom conditions (gowning requirements)
