Location: Fully onsite in New Brighton, MN
Shift: 8:00 – 5:00 pm CST (Slight Flexibility)

Our Minnesota site is building a close‑knit team as we bring manufacturing and packaging operations in‑house, creating an exciting opportunity for experienced quality professionals to make a direct impact. As a Senior Quality Technician, you will be at the forefront of ensuring product quality and compliance during this critical transition, working in a collaborative environment where your expertise truly matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform quality observations and inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct equipment services, setup, and calibration to ensure operational readiness.
- Execute product testing and verification activities according to established protocols.
- Monitor environmental conditions to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze returned products to identify root causes and support corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and timely quality documentation in alignment with company procedures.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a quality‑focused role within a regulated industry (medical device experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of quality processes, documentation, and testing methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Skills: - Oracle ERP systems
- Windchill PLM
- Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- No formal degree required; equivalent experience in quality or manufacturing is acceptable.
