Job Title: Senior Quality Technician

Employment Type: 12-month Contract to Hire

Location: Fully onsite in New Brighton, MN

Shift: 8:00 – 5:00 pm CST (Slight Flexibility)

Our Minnesota site is building a close‑knit team as we bring manufacturing and packaging operations in‑house, creating an exciting opportunity for experienced quality professionals to make a direct impact. As a Senior Quality Technician, you will be at the forefront of ensuring product quality and compliance during this critical transition, working in a collaborative environment where your expertise truly matters.

• Perform quality observations and inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Conduct equipment services, setup, and calibration to ensure operational readiness.
• Execute product testing and verification activities according to established protocols.
• Monitor environmental conditions to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyze returned products to identify root causes and support corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and timely quality documentation in alignment with company procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a quality‑focused role within a regulated industry (medical device experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of quality processes, documentation, and testing methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Oracle ERP systems
• Windchill PLM
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• No formal degree required; equivalent experience in quality or manufacturing is acceptable.
