Pioneer Industries International, Inc. is a private recycling company based in New Brighton, MN with plants in Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. The company has provided recycling expertise for more than 100 years.
We have an opening for a Class A CDL Driver at our plant located at 600 Lakeview Point Drive, New Brighton, MN. The hours are Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm/4:00 pm (times may vary). Saturday work as needed. Drivers will work a rotation with a weekend every 4–6 weeks from 6:00 am – 10:00 am (or later).

The Driver will safely and efficiently pick‑up materials from customer locations and deliver them to the plant in a timely and professional manner. The Driver must also perform inspections before and after each trip. Must be organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities / Duties- Ability to follow directions, read maps and have navigation skills
- Follow all State/local traffic laws
- Complete trailer and truck pre‑trip inspections
- Follow DOT regulations including log book requirements
- Follow driver operations rule book
- Scale loads and complete any necessary paperwork
- Crank trailer dolly’s up and down
- Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
- Demonstrate efficient operation of equipment
- Good communications skills
- Clean driving record
- Pass all DOT drug screens and random drug tests
Ability to lift 50 lbs. - Required to pass an , federal, statewide and country criminal background check
- Must have a professional appearance and conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner
- Operate an ELD (Electronic Log Device) preferred
- High School Diploma/GED
- Two years of full time commercial driving experience
