Pioneer Industries, Inc. has an opening for a Class A CDL Driver at our plant located at 600 Lakeview Point Drive, New Brighton, MN. The hours are Monday - Friday from 6:00am - 3:00pm/4:00pm (with flexibility as times may vary). Saturday work – as needed. Our Drivers will work a rotation – working a weekend every 4-6 weeks from 6:00am - 10:00am (or later).

The Driver will safely and efficiently pick‑up materials from customer locations and deliver them to the plant in a timely and professional manner. The Driver is also required to perform inspections before and after a trip. Must be organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities/Duties- Ability to follow directions, read maps and must have navigation skills
- Follow all State/local traffic laws
- Complete trailer and truck pre‑trip inspections
- Follow DOT regulations including log book requirements
- Follow driver operations rule book
- Scale loads and complete any necessary paperwork
- Crank trailer dolly’s up and down
- Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
- Demonstrate efficient operation of equipment
- Good communication skills
- Pass all DOT drug screens and random drug tests
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Required to pass an , federal, statewide and country criminal background check
- Must have a professional appearance and conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner
- Operate an ELD (Electronic Log Device) preferred
- High School Diploma/GED
- Two years of full time commercial driving experience
