Position:
Seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist

Joining H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist means you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future. You will inspire people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, building client relationships that grow stronger each year.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
  • Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
  • Ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
  • Sales or marketing experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous customer‑service experience.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multi‑task.
