Demand Planner

Demand Planner - Hybrid

Valley City, OH | Towson, MD | New Britain, CT

As a Demand Planner, you’ll be part of our Americas Supply Chain team as a hybrid employee. In this role, you’ll:

• Middle Tier Dollar Portfolio Management
• Proactively maintain JDA forecasts, analyze data and report findings
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Supply to plan new product transitions, promotional activity, network disaggregation and develop market trend analysis on product and Customer forecasts
• Assist in preparation for monthly Sales and Operations Planning meetings
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects to achieve 99% customer fill rates
• Responsible for Individual Performance Metrics
• Analyze data and report findings

• Strong problem‑solving ability
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project‑management skills

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3‑5 years of Supply Chain experience or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of JDA Manugistics, SAP, Business Warehousing systems (BW) and Power BI preferred
• Basic financial skills
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
