The JobAs a Customer Service Representative in our Tools & Outdoor Contact Center, you will support daily operational rhythms by handling customer inquiries, sales order maintenance, and problem resolution. You will communicate via calls, email, web chat, and fax using ERP and web‑based tools.
- Effectively oversee all customer inquiries—calls, email, web, fax—to ensure satisfaction while consistently meeting KPI targets.
- Act as liaison with sales personnel, distributors, and service teams to exceed customer expectations.
- Improve and manage communication flow on promotions and product information.
- Update, maintain, and analyze customer account profiles.
- Maintain working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP & Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to interpret KPI’s.
- Patience and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- 0–1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
