Senior Financial Analyst – Hybrid
Location: 3 Days in Towson/New Britain, 2 Days Remote (Towson, MD | New Britain, CT)

The JobAs Senior Finance Analyst, STANLEY, you’ll be part of the STANLEY Finance team responsible for providing financial leadership and decision support to Category Management and Product Management Teams while managing the total global STANLEY Brand P&L. This role reports directly to the Finance Manager, STANLEY.
- Support execution of the STANLEY team strategy including category analysis, portfolio analysis, global marketing, new product development, and market entry.
- Define appropriate focus areas and portfolio families (geography, customer, brand, market share, margin) to drive portfolio growth and margin expansion in the Tools & Outdoor industry.
- Maintain a new product roadmap funnel achieving the strategic goals of the STANLEY Brand—focus on Global Revitalization—while maintaining capital and cost results.
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships across Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and other functions to lead to full global P&L excellence.
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with strong analytical skills.
- 2+ years of finance or business-related experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, interpersonal effectiveness, and leadership.
- Excellent problem‑solving, business case development, and communication skills.
- High business acumen and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional leaders.
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of Hyperion HFM and SAP or equivalents. Power BI and/or Alteryx experience is a plus.
- Competitive salary (Maryland base pay range: $77,600–$124,900 per year). Sign‑on payment may be provided.
