** Get to Know the Opportunity:
** The
** Client Relationship Consultant - Retirement
** builds, maintains, and enhances relationships with an assigned book of existing law firm clients under general supervision. This role helps drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive discussions regarding service levels, plan utilization, product offerings, and fund performance.##
** The Contributions You’ll Make:
*** Respond to email and phone inquiries from an assigned book of business.
* Assist assigned clients through cyclical events, including Form 5500, nondiscrimination testing, and year-end activities.
* Support client satisfaction and retention through periodic client meetings and discussions covering service levels, plan utilization, product offerings, and fund performance.
* Work closely with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to support client needs.
* Resolve client issues and escalate matters to management as appropriate.
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of assigned clients’ requirements.
* Maintain overall responsibility for client relationships and client retention.
* Perform other duties as assigned.  ##
** Minimum Knowledge &

Experience:

*** Bachelor's degree required.
* FINRA SIE and Series 6 must be obtained within 120 days
* 3+ years of plan/client relationship experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong working knowledge of 401(k) plans and applicable ERISA provisions.
* Good working knowledge of the company’s products and services.  ##
