The City of New Britain seeks to fill the Assistant City Planner position in the Department of Planning and Development:
POSITION OVERVIEWUnder supervision, to perform increasingly responsible and difficult professional planning work related to the conduct of municipal planning functions including but not limited to zoning analysis, site plan review, subdivision review and duties related to zoning board of appeals, historic review application and updating, maintaining and implementing the conservation and development plan; and to do related work as required.
SUPERVISION RECEIVEDWorks under the direction of the Director of Planning and Development and/or Planner II.
