Outpatient Clinician

Wheeler Health is seeking clinicians to provide individualized and/or group services to children, adolescents, and adults across Connecticut. Positions are available full‑time, salaried, at one of our five Health & Wellness Centers in Waterbury, Bristol, Plainville, New Bristol, or Hartford.

• Provide individualized and group therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Work within a strengths‑based framework to support client growth.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in team meetings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.

• Hold or be able to obtain one of the following credentials in Connecticut: LMSW, LCSW, LMFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPC, or licensed/eligible Psychologist.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑centered ethos.
• For bilingual clinicians, experience in Spanish and English is preferred; a bilingual stipend is available.
