Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are hiring a passionate BCBA to join our New Britain Learning Center. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative clinical team dedicated to creating meaningful outcomes for children and families.

• Supervise and support RBTs
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) and FBAs
• Review data regularly and adjust programs as needed
• Provide parent training and staff coaching
• Maintain ethical and clinical compliance
• Support a minimum of 28 impact hours per week

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field
• ABA and supervision experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
