Community Mental Health Affiliates (CMHA) is hiring a Full-time Peer Navigator for the Adult Outpatient Program, located at 233 Main St., New Britain, CT and 255 Bank St., Waterbury, CT. Hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with benefits and PTO.
Role includes outreach, recovery coaching, and coordination with local care facilities. Requirements include HS diploma or GED;
Recovery Coach certification (CCAR) preferred; DMV license preferred; 1–2 years’ related
