KeyQualifications
- Active, current license to practice as an SLPA in Connecticut
- Previous school-based experience required
- Upfront licenses are highly encouraged
- District-specific fingerprinting and background check clearance is mandatory
- Priority consideration for credentialed candidates
- Comfortable participating in Zoom interviews
- Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist in providing direct therapy services to students
- Implement therapy plans and document student progress
- Support students with communication challenges in both individual and group settings
- Prepare materials and activities aligned with the therapy goals set by the supervising SLP
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to optimize student success and engagement
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements

Compensation for this position ranges from $23.29 to $43.29.
