CFS is currently partnered with a client that is looking for a talented Recruiter to join their team.

• The Recruiter will source qualified candidates through job boards, Linked In, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for open positions
• Manage the recruiting process from sourcing and screening candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate the interview process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide a positive experience throughout the recruiting and hiring process

• Experience using recruiting and sourcing tools
• Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing or human resources experience

Salary: $50,
