Information Technology Systems Administrator

Base Pay Range: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr

Location: Newington, CT – On-site (with flexibility if applicable)

Employment Type: Direct Hire – Full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of corporate IT systems and network infrastructure
  • Oversee Epicor Kinetic ERP and Laserfiche integration, including upgrades and custom reporting
  • Ensure data integrity, system backups, and disaster recovery readiness
  • Develop SSRS reports and facilitate metrics reporting for senior management
  • Maintain corporate cybersecurity posture, including endpoint protection and managed detection
  • Research and implement IT solutions to improve productivity and communication
  • Manage IT specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Support Internet-based solutions (email, VPN, remote access) and corporate communication systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Epicor Kinetic expertise and experience with Laserfiche
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, SSRS, API integration, and general IT infrastructure
  • Proven ability to lead IT initiatives and manage technical staff
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
