Divisional Manager – PlantationsHargy Oil Palms Limited (HOPL) invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Divisional Managers to join our Plantations team. Based in Bialla, West New Britain Province. Reporting to the Plantation Manager, the Divisional Manager ensures plantation standards are maintained at the highest level while maximising yield.
Responsibilities.
- Lead, coach, and develop teams through visible, hands‑on supervision and training.
- Uphold safe work practices, methods, and procedures in line with OHS policies.
- Ensure compliance with RSPO principles and best practices.
Requirements.
- Tertiary qualification in Agriculture (or related discipline).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a comparable plantation/operations management role, or equivalent management experience.
