Location:

New Britain, CT.

• Ability to set up and operate a CNC lathe, specifically Citizen, Star, or similar machines.
• Capability of reading prints and work instructions and applying what you've read to the job at hand.
• Experience working with aluminum, stainless steel, brass, or lead alloy materials.
• Ability to troubleshoot on your own as well as work with a team.

Reliability, attention to detail, and a self‑sufficient attitude. Someone who can roll with the flow and make suggestions to help us reach our goals.

The position would be full‑time on 2nd shift Mon‑Fri 3:30 PM‑11:30 PM, guaranteed 40 hours a week, with the possibility of overtime.
