Our Client is seeking an CNC Machinist with strong technical expertise to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machining operations for large parts. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with safety procedures while working collaboratively within the team.
Job Responsibilities:- Set up large parts for machining while maximizing machine utilization.
- Perform quality control of weldments and machined parts.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with company standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Work collaboratively as part of a production team.
- Document processes and maintain accurate records.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a machinist on relevant CNC machines.
- Technical education in machining or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret complex CNC programs, with knowledge of G and M codes.
- Ability to make offset wear changes and zero-point shifts as required.
- Skilled in using gauges, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting advanced blueprints and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
