CNC Machinist, Machine Operator
Accounting Search is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist for a direct-hire role at a manufacturing client in the greater New Britain area. The ideal candidate will independently set up and operate CNC lathe equipment, including Nakamura machines, and read blueprints and work instructions.
You will select tooling, adjust feeds and speeds, perform first-piece inspections, troubleshoot issues, and train operators while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
