Position: QC Inspector - Full Time Perm

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic part inspections using micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
  • Prepare 1st Article and In-Process Inspection Reports, assigning appropriate gauges for each characteristic.
  • Understand inspection concepts; training available for our specific environment.
  • Audit completed paperwork for traceability and accuracy, demonstrating attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
  • Interface with suppliers via email and with team members in person to facilitate corrections.
  • Knowledge of DISCUS software (our blueprint ballooning software) is helpful.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 auditing or record-keeping is beneficial.
