Starting pay is $16.35 per hour plus tips. At Alvarium Roasting Co., we're dedicated to sourcing, roasting and serving exceptional coffee while creating an inclusive and welcoming space for everyone.

• Craft exceptional coffee experiences:

• Experience:
  
  1+ year of experience in a specialty (third‑wave) coffee shop strongly preferred
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Excellent active listening, memorization, and recall abilities
  • Knowledge of specialty brewing equipment operation preferred
  • Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems
  • Roasting knowledge, experience, or interest is also a plus
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Availability:
  Flexible schedule with some weekend availability preferred, and the ability to start early in the morning
