Overview

Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T1289) at Target.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and communicate current promos, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to resolve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Assist with Target Loyalty program benefits and applications as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain features and benefits of the Target App, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering; guide guests on enrollment and use.
• Handle returns following store policies, escalating to leaders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards as required; support guest services such as order pick up and drive-up while complying with applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Hourly rate starting at $17.75 USD per hour.
• Flexible shift availability and physical requirements, including lifting up to 44 pounds with or without assistance.
