You will teach hands‑on training in a state‑of‑the‑art facility, ensuring students develop the skills necessary for a successful career in the HVAC industry.

• Schedule Mon‑Thurs, 10‑hour shifts—EVERY FRIDAY OFF
• Pay range $35–$40/hour
• Experience:
  
  Prior teaching experience not required
• Location:
  
  New Britain, CT

• HVAC License
• Master certifications would be excellent
• 5+ years HVAC Technician experience
• High school Diploma/GED

• Passion for teaching and mentoring future professionals
• Teach HVAC Technologies
• Conduct hands‑on training
• Encourage student accountability
• Support student progress, feedback and guidance
• Prepare students for certification exams and successful careers
