Responsible for maintaining receipt, storage, distribution of all materials, and shipping. This individual will also serve as company driver when called upon to do so.

• Maintain receipt, storage, distribution of all materials and shipping as required.
• Contact and schedule freight carriers.
• Enter all necessary/applicable transactions into company ERP system.
• Ensure that all documents accompanying product, incoming or outgoing, match the product received or shipped.
• Learn to read, understand and follow all shipping documents.
• Be a PPE certified Forklift Driver.
• Follow processes and procedures, both internal and external, necessary to ensure all products leave Peter Paul Electronics in a correct and efficient manner.
• Follow all company safety rules and report any unsafe acts to immediate supervisor.
• Perform any other duties as directed by immediate supervisor.

Ability to drive automatic as well as standard pickup truck.

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong computer knowledge.
• Trainability.
• Ability to make sound decisions and accept responsibility.
• Ability to work with others.
• Understanding of the Lean Enterprise Tool.

• Participate in company problem resolution teams.
• Participate in company Kaizen events.

• The employee is occasionally required to sit for extended periods.
• Climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
